History

Vista Com is a privately held services company providing expert solutions and products for your voice recording needs. Vista Com was founded in 1994 by Jack D. Wright. A 30 year industry veteran of PBX solutions and telecommunications applications from AT&T, Jack pioneered the conversion of tape and analog recording to digital format by becoming one of Texas's earliest distributors of leading edge recording hardware and software. Jack concentrated his efforts throughout Texas and neighboring states where his company could provide high touch customer service.

In August of 2007 after two decades of building industry voice logging solutions, Vista Com was acquired by DigitalMarkets, Inc.

Today Vista Com is led by Russell Young. Russell has over 20 years of high tech experience spanning retail, commercial and service operations. For the prior two decades Russell worked in senior management roles for Hewlett-Packard in Houston, Texas, most recently serving as the North American operations leader for commercial products. While at HP, Russell implemented numerous programs delivering customer solutions that created industry leadership for call center operations, product delivery and customer relations. Prior to HP, Russell worked in leadership roles for handheld computers, oil production and federal subcontracting.
