When you purchase a NexLog DX-Series recording product, you automatically receive 12 months of free access to DXSUS. After the initial period, you must renew your subscription in 12-month increments to continue receiving updates. It’s crucial to maintain an active DXSUS, as any lapse will require a post-purchase to regain access to updates.
When to Renew: Renew your annual maintenance on time, which includes your subscription, before it expires to avoid interruptions.
If You Don’t Renew: The software will still function but not at its 100%. All users and administrators will see a persistent alert message. Software upgrades will be unavailable until you renew your Annual Maintenance Agreement.
