Warranty and Return Information
Products brands listed under DIR receive a one-year factory hardware warranty. All services are covered in addition to hardware during this one year period. Additional years of service can be procured to ensure your product receives hardware, software and service support. Standard off-the-shelf options and components are each covered under warranty per their manufactures policy.
This product category is highly configured to specific customer specifications, and as such, there are no returns for accepted equipment. Order cancellations are subject to a 35% restocking charge.
